Payment delays/errors due to banks/UPI/payment apps.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Donations

All donations (via Razorpay, UPI, QR, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS) are final and non-refundable.

Transaction Errors In case of double or incorrect payment, donors must notify within 7 working days.

Akssada will verify and coordinate with the bank/payment provider.

Third-Party Services

Akssada is not responsible for failures by Razorpay, UPI apps, or banks.

Events & Programs

If fees apply, refund rules will be specified. By default, payments are non-refundable.

Jurisdiction

Disputes fall under Haliyal Taluk, Karnataka, India.
